Documenting Progress

To be fully eligible for a money-back guarantee claim, please follow the following requirements:

1) Take a photo pre-treatment of the desired treated area.

2) Use our Shampoo+Conditioner+Serum orShampoo+Conditioner+Serum+Vitamins Hair Growth Kit 5 consecutive months. All other products do not qualify.

3) Use the Shampoo+Conditioner+Serum or Shampoo+Conditioner+Serum+Vitamins Hair Growth Kit as prescribed. The instructions are stated on the bottle labels and the product pages on the official HAIRTWO website.

4) Take a photo every month of the treated area with similar angles to document the progress.

5) Submit all documented photos after the 150-day period in chronological order with date stamps to identify the monthly progress.

6) Provide a brief description of personal usage to clarify product application, if any days were skipped or missed, and/or if other cosmetic products were used simultaneously, e.g. other hair growth serums or makeup. This information is to help HAIRTWO enhance product development and customer service.

Note: The money-back guarantee is extended only after the 150-day usage mark. Any claims placed before 150 days will not be eligible.
